3.3. The Operator has the right to retain an archival copy of Personal Data. The storage of Personal Data and Data is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan without any time limitations.

3.6. The Operator carries out automated processing of Personal Data and Data.
4.1. The Operator ensures proper protection of Personal and other Data in accordance with Legislation and takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures for this.
4.2. The measures of protection applied, including, allow protecting Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions with them by third parties.
5.1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the Visitor and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy are subject to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation at the place of registration of the Operator.
Before filing a lawsuit, the Visitor must observe the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send a corresponding claim to the Operator in writing. The response time to the claim is 30 (thirty) business days.
5.3. If, for any reason, one or more provisions of this Privacy Policy are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy.
5.4. The Operator has the right to unilaterally change this Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) at any time without prior agreement with the Visitor. All changes take effect upon their publication on the website.
5.5. The Visitor undertakes to independently monitor changes to this Privacy Policy by reviewing the current version.
